Artist Type Semi Professional
I am a multi-disciplinary artist and secondary school teacher. My art practice currently involves workshops in drawing, print making, book binding and textile colouration.
I am a professional artist of 19 years, having five years of formal contemporary art education. I identify as a proud Wiradjuri woman and it is these main influences that are feature strongly throughout my portrait and design work.
I have had my work acquired by a number of government and private institutions and I accept commission work on a regular basis.
I am a qualified secondary school teacher, specialising in Visual Art. I also currently enjoy conducting workshops for drawing the human figure to an adult audience.
The content of my art making is diverse and can be seen as a culmination of my culture, connection and life experience.
I am a contemporary/post modern artist. I am a qualified teacher in Secondary Education.
