Location Wingecarribee Southern Highlands

Artist Type Emerging

I am a Visual Arts educator and multidisciplinary visual artist based in the Southern Highlands. As an artist I specialise in the field of ceramics, drawing, and photography. I am interested in representing biomorphic forms.

  • About

My works depict imaginary creatures which present as a biomorphic form. To create my drawings I work with ballpoint pens, coloured pencils, and watercolour. There is a strong emphasis on the concept of Surrealist automatism. For my ceramic sculptural works, I focus on creating sleek forms inspired by the natural environment.

    Artistic Influences:
Jean Arp, Tim Burton, James Gleeson, Barbara Hepworth, Joan Miro
